Are you Gas Safe and qualified?

We are fully qualified in all aspects of gas and oil servicing, installation and maintenance. We are registered with Gas Safe as well as Oftec for oil, this means we are legally allowed to carry out work on your gas or oil equipment.

Are your quotes no obligation?

Any quote we give is without obligation. Take your time, think about it. Compare with others, it’s all good with us.

Do you offer a warranty for your work?

New Boilers :
All new boilers installed by Alira Heating come with a 12 month workmanship warranty combined with the manufacturers warranty which is usually between 5 and 12 years. Boiler manufacturer warranties vary, we only offer equipment that will be cost effective for you long term.

Repairs and Servicing :
Any parts we fit during a repair or a service are supplied with a 12 month workmanship and parts warranty. Of course there can be exclusions, such as if we install a new PCB and you have a boiler leak that destroys the PCB, then this is not covered by any warranty. This is normal of course, and we aren’t here to pull the wool over your eyes.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured for public liability as well as employer liability.

Do you supply your own materials?

All materials are supplied by Alira Heating relating to any work we undertake – from repairs or servicing through to installations. Any parts we fit are supplied with a 12 month warranty for both the part(s) and the workmanship. All new boilers installed carry a 12 month workmanship warranty, together with the boiler manufacturers warranty which varies across manufacturers but is typically between 5 to 12 years.
